Very very poor customer support, fair is fairly high, availability is low, I’ll uninstall soon…

OBHAI was good before. Now they don’t have the option to pay in cash. And I use OBHAI mostly for CNG. But most of them just accept rides then 5mins later they cancel it. Also some riders are very rude.

The app isn’t working on my device for more than 2 months.

I am happy with obhai’s service. I was a faithful client for their good service. But the app isn’t working on my Iphone 7plus at all for last 2 months so I am relying on other apps for my transportation.

Very responsive and interactive customer care service

So far best customer care service compared to other competitors. When I couldn’t connect to any nearby driver, got a call from customer care executive and she herself booked me one. This is incredibly smart. Thank you OBHAI. Also compulsory digital payment is also a great move and riders are drivers are well trained with that. Best of luck OBHAI.

The predicted rate considers both the traffic and distance right? So why does the fee get so high after reaching destination? Very ridiculous!
