Driver was asking to pay by cash as he was complaining not getting access of online payment but I declined to provide cash as because it was already deducted while booking the ride. So next time pls be concerned regarding the payment method. Thanks

You guys now should change Bosila Garden city in the Dhaka city area. Because it’s now under Rajuk. The bill is too much for this little distance.

He is a good driver

Drivers are unprofessional and most of the time are reluctant to take the request. They grudge and are not willing to go if they do not like. They request to cancel order. In the meantime it is 15-20 minutes late. It is annoying.

An excitement and safety ride sharing apps. I feel safe using this app. The availability of CNG attracted me most.

I haven't used the app that often however i get bombarded with their notifications. Shoving messages in the throats is not marketing man! Be smarter!

I cancelled my ride 3 times it still searching for new ride again and again

I have tried resetting as well as called contact center couple of times but still unable to find a solution to use the app!
