obodo: Barter, Buy & Sell

It was great deal for me by paying some extra cash over it

I love the app at first I didn’t find any match to my apple watch but after 2 days I got matched by Samsung sound system which we had the deal and both accepted but it was 2 blocks away so had to walk at the hot weather in dubai… it was a great deal for me to trade my watch. i like the concept of this app but i think it needs some time to people get used to it

This app has some good features, but there is definitely room for improvement. The user interface is okay, but it could be more intuitive and easier to use. Some of the features are useful, but others are not really necessary or could be improved. I have not experienced any major issues with the app, but there are some minor bugs that need to be fixed. Overall, I think this app has potential, but it needs some work to be truly great.

Simple and effective. Does what it says on the tin.

Great concept I like it

Being a mom of 3 and working full time is a lot of work. At times I just want to put a yard sale but it very difficult when having the kids @ home and telling you not sell any of the toys that I know they no longer play with. Having obodo allow me to sell some of the things I need to without having to wake up so early just put a yard sale.

I love the app but they need to find a better buyer/seller rating system so that we the serious users can filter through the unreliable buyers and sellers on here. Every time a buyer agrees to buy an item and just doesn't show or just never replies anymore, he or she should be rated as a unreliable buyer/seller. The star rating doesn't say much about the person. Perhaps braking it down by percentages on reliability, on time, doesn't reply etc. on their profile. Too many people using this great app that aren't serious or just have no curtesy whatsoever. If obodo changes their ratting system I would give them a 5 star rating but until then, the people on it make it an unreliable waste of time from time to time.

I’m sooo happy I got this app!! It’s way way better than poshmark!! On this app you can choose your shipping price or if you want to ship items yourself and offer free shipping!! Which is another bonus, you can search items that have free shipping ? And the two big factors, for me, of why this app is better than poshmark is, poshmark takes sooo much of the money from a sale you make and obodo will only take the smallest amount (a far amount) which I’m so grateful for! So obodo please never change that!! Also, on poshmark you have to constantly be interacting to get a sale.. it’s so so hard! & don’t have time for it! obodo is so much easier to make a sale! So all in all this app is the bomb!

I spent $500 on a laptop. It originally should have been here today and it was shipped but since last night the app says the sale was cancelled, I got no notification from the seller or the app that sale was cancelled and when just looking at my notifications even now the last update says it shipped until you try to click the order. Im not given the option to contact the seller anymore, our previous messages have disappeared and I’m no longer able to track it from obodo. Usps says it’s still in transit but it’s been sitting in Macon, GA (literally only 30 minutes from my town) for almost 2 days now. If it was cancelled that’s fine I canniest from somewhere else but I haven’t gotten any money back, no notifications or emails letting me know something was changed and customer service hasn’t answered my emails and isn’t taking phone calls. This is ridiculous, I’m giving it until Monday before I call and have my bank reverse the charge for fraud.

I can honestly say I have been using obodo for years and I feel safer using this app then going through craigslist. Its easier talking to people through here and making deals without having to give your personal phone number. obodo over craigslist any day
