Occidental Heroes

This game is really great on so many levels. You don’t have to pay for any extra content, but you have to pay to remove ads that really ain’t that bad. The game has a lot of content and randomness to it which makes it a very good RPG. The characters are diverse and the equipment is not easy or hard to get. The fighting sequences are also well thought out as it wasn’t too puzzling but yet too easy. However, my only complain is that the game is quite punishing as due to the randomness, one or all your characters may die out of nowhere even though they have very good equipment and have high levels. This difficulty does make the game more challenging and fun but at certain times just absolutely angers me. Thanks for the great game and if you guys could expand the map and encounters.

Well I played this in blue stacks and it is very fun the strategy is awesome. However it’s not on iPhone. I’m glad to find it here now, looking forward to more enjoyment :)

Love the game but the screen often blacks out after a fight, hope that can be fixed! Also, would love to pay to get rid of ads (:

On paper this could be a great game, everything is there a game with great potential. The issue is that the game is extremely punishing and you can expect to lose everything you’ve worked on because the enemies become stronger much faster than you. I wish i could rate this game higher but it’s extremely difficult and frustrating to progress. And calling players who don’t enjoy permadeath crybabies is a bit rude

Classic RPG. No crybaby’s allowed. Bought expanded version. Hope developer expands this. I will purchase updates as this developer is someone I want to sponsor.

I played this game many times over and when he released the updated version I paid the money because it’s one of the best games I’ve ever downloaded. That said, I did appreciate the new stories and classes of hero’s (shaman and chemist), my only wish was that the desert setting was much more developed with unique quests and able to utilize the ports. I also wish the shaman was able to be upgraded like the chemist is (getting ingredients at different cities to upgrade her attack). It seems you never know what extra animal the shaman will be able to conjure and his attack is super weak so there is not an upside to having him join, additionally if one of the animals gets hit then it doesn’t count as a flawless victory. I feel like if the developer put a lot more energy into expanding the game wayyyy past its current form he could make big money with it and really satisfy the fans. I appreciate the hard work he put into the game, as I know it’s only one guy developing it, but please keep at it and go all the way! I will be a faithful player for sure!

I have only recently started playing this game but like it a lot so far. It seems fun to play before bed in order to relax too.

Beyond excited to see that this game has had an update this year. I always wondered what happened to the developer, because in my opinion this is the best game you’ve released.
