Disappointed

I am very disappointed it has taken about 3-4 months, I am still waiting for account verification Neither they are approving nor they are disapproving. Not asking for if there is anything missing.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

This company is completely incompetent with processing applications and needs to seriously work of their internal processing capabilities. I am a kiwi lawyer working in Dubai wanting to send money to my personal account in New Zealand - can my application get any more low risk? Yet my application was sitting over a month with OFX’s compliance team for review. I received zero correspondence from the company asking me for further information or letting me know my application was under review. I had to call three times to find out the status of my application and what the hold up was and on all three occasions the person on the phone could only tell me that it was “under review with the compliance team”. They couldn’t tell me if there was an issue or if further info was required (which I would have happily provided). A complete waste of time and disappointment. I certainly wouldn’t trust this company to handle my money!

I have been using OFX for a little bit more than a year now and all my transactions have always been very smooth. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Doesn't work for UKForex

Not exactly "all-in-one" if you can't use the UKForex login details to use the app.
