Consistently good service using ofx for gbp/cad transfers over several years now, but the app login still hits a glitch with ipad os 16 - no place on the screen to enter the phone code it sends so the “2 stage verify” stalls it every time. Never any problem with the website, just the app.
Used them for years for GBP:AUD pairs and they’ve been great, fast, effective app and prompt service. 10/10
I first started using the app back in 2017 and I have always found the rates and service excellent. But recently the service has got even better with the transfers getting to my bank same day now. I haven’t got a bad word to say.
What a nightmare! I have tried to send some money and the request of so many papers for just a transfer is shocking! They have held my money now for over a week and not willing to send it back to me! Say away! It is not worth it!
I have used several money transfer companies and OFX is the best i have found. It has a great web site very straightforward. Best of all if you need helpful staff this is where you get it. Money transfer is complicated at first and the customer will always have queries. Nothing is to much trouble. OFX put the customer first. I have a tip if possible deal durng off peak hours
UPDATE 20/06/23 - still no option to pay with the debit card already associated with my account! Using the app is LESS convenient than the web browser 😵💫 OFX is a great service, but why oh why can't the app allow payment from the debit card saved to my profile and accessible from the mobile browser anyway???

Great rates and an easy to use interface. What used to take me a visit to my high street bank now takes a couple of minutes at home or anywhere . Recommend!
Have used for many years, seamless and never any issues
For efficiency and effectiveness OFX and the App are outstanding.
