Since the update app freezes
Since the new update the app freezes on startup. I can’t see any information or be able to record a measurement. Update 07-03-2024: this got fixed. It’s working again.

"OKOK International" is an application designed to work with smart Bluetooth weight scales and has successfully helped millions of users efficiently achieve their ideal weight! Through this application, you can use a Bluetooth scale to check and manage various health indicators related to weight, body fat, body water content, and muscle. Membership Information:

Cancellation of Subscription: To cancel your subscription, manually open your Apple device's "Settings" >>> go to "iTunes & App Store" >>> tap on "Apple ID," select "View Apple ID," enter the "Account Settings" page, tap "Subscriptions," and choose to cancel the OKOK membership. If you do not cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will automatically renew.

I do not know if there has been an update but I cannot login anymore or get a new password. All my data is gone and my scale has been redered useless since this week. Fix this problem!!
Reclame
De keuze voor zoveel reclame in een app voor een apparaat waarvoor is betaald is zeer discutabel. Heel irritant.
Cannot start the measurements
The advertisement is so big on the screen, I cannot touch the banner to start the app! Please update so this problem is history.
Data is inaccurate
The data in the app aren’t consisted with my workout journey. I can see I’ve been losing fat and gaining muscle (clothes are getting loose, I physically look more toned and thinner). But because I’m not losing weight, the scale doesn’t separate muscle weight from fat. It looks like it’s just guessing. As soon as I gain weight, no matter whether that is water weight, muscle weight, it ups my “fat percentage” and increases my BMI. I’ve tested the scale daily and my fat is different each day based on my total weight (lower weight = lower fat, higher weight = higher fat). It’s not accurate. Another annoying this is that there are screaming ads that you have to view first before being able to use the app, but the scale has been paid for. Why do I see these ads? I don’t recommend this one.
