The app remote is super slow

The vacuum is great but the new update has made the app remote super slow and hard to use. Kindly fix it.

Horrible Product

I just bought this off Amazon, and l returning it Immediately! It doesn’t connect to the App! Please don’t listen to anyone on this app stating they don’t understand what’s wrong. They’re completely lying or getting paid! It doesn’t even pair it gets to about 85% and then Stop! Stating it couldn’t pair! They have the nerve to give 1-800 number for problems with the App and no one ever ever answer! Also you confuse when you first download the app and open it and it’s like some Asian language ! This is Never Buy! (TINB)

NOT in English

I downloaded the app and as soon as I opened the app all I could see was ?chinese. There was no option to translate. If my English money is good enough to be collected, instructions should be in English too.

Don’t buy the vacuum

If you are wanting a vacuum that has a good app. This is not the one. The app starts in another language does not connect to wifi so the app just keeps asking for you to restart. The vacuum itself work okay but not the best for your buck

2.4 gig

Only works on 2.4 gig Wi-Fi. Our modem doesn’t allow for selection. We can use it manually

Don’t download it

It is a bad app I had it all good on my phone and then I accidentally deleted it then I had to put my password and email again and it says that the email i used does not exist but it did exist because i made that email yesterday and I accidentally deleted it and now it says my email does not exist so don’t download it.

DOWNLOAD DIFFERENT APP

Download the Smart Life - Smart Living App instead. This app is sketchy from a cybersecurity standpoint. It joins your local network and prompts you in Japanese while doing so. I have so many unanswered questions. My trust is not given. I will download the Smart Life application instead. Additionally, setting up my device on your App was a bad experience—so many technical difficulties with the simple stuff.

Fake app fishing scam

This is a fake Chinese app that collects your router data do not download.
