Okta Mobile

Store my logins and passwords phone which are the same as those in my browser. Can quickly log in using those credentials in the browser but nothing works to get into this app. This should be a solved problem. Okta aren’t unique for having a website and a mobile app both with log-ins.

I can never seem to login in from the app

Since updated to latest iOS, I cannot login.

When it works it's good. But most of the time it's a frustrating series of trying to login. It scans my face then sits for ages and half the time fails and asks for my pin which it then sits on and more than half the time that fails. When it's working it's always thinking it's the first time logging in and asks me to set a pin. Literally the worst and most frustrating business app I need to use.

Incomparably with the webpages or “apps” it uses. Crunch time is unusable on a phone

We have the Hub & Spoke architecture which the mobile app does not support. Please build this is in.

Doesn’t work, nothing loads . Waste of time

Every time I open the app it’ll ask me for my pin or use Face ID then fail and ask me for the login info again, on multiple devices over the last 2 years I’ve never had login successfully work after the initial setup, why even have PIN or Face ID login if it doesn’t work.

Just reset my password, but the login at app launch doesn’t work. Deleting the app
