Never works. Never let's you login in. I hate we use this app

Fix it

It logged me out and tryed loging in but it’s not sending me the verification code to my phone like it normally spose to and now it’s not working for schnucks why is that

This app doesn’t even work at all, will not let you login, GARBAGE!!!!

not working - what a pain

It would have nice if the app was working and when it occasionally works it would have been nice for the app to remember your site names and your user name at least so it can save some time.

Needs updated

This use to be a great app for my work. But now it won’t even let me login anymore. Hasn’t been updated in a year. Definitely needs improvement.

Complete Junk

The Okta Mobile app refuses to connect successfully with the interconnected Outlook app which my University uses as its email provider. Clicking on the Outlook button within Okta Mobile yields the most incredibly frustrating message of “Error: Too many HTTP redirects.” Uninstalling and reinstalling the app has done nothing. Complete and total junk!

Need an update

Tried to login to my email. Receive an error message; too many http.

Horrible

It’s always something wrong, I hate getting a new phone because 100% of the time when I have to sign back in I have to go call to get my password reset. I’m not sure what’s the issue, I keep my passwords written down so it’s not me forgetting my password. I wish they didn’t force people to call a service line just to reset their passwords.

Does not work with OIE

What’s the point of this app? If I was told to upgrade to OIE, you can no longer use Okta Mobile. How am I to use sites with SWA?
