Когда эта программа будет нормально работать?
Оплатил годовую подписку, но программа продолжает требовать оплату. В программе отсутствует какая либо обратная связь или онлайн поддержки. На письма ни Apple ни HEYLINGO OÜ не реагируют.

Доброго вечора. У мене виникла проблема. Я купила річну підписку. Але потім коли захотіла зайти через айпад , то зробила акаунт і підписка зникла. Що робити ?
Оплата пакету «назавжди»
Я оплатила користування додатком, пакет «назавжди», але при зміні телефону мене розпізнає як нового користувача. Як вернути покупку? Apple ID не змінювався. Дякую за допомогу!

Поганий переклад
Непогано але й не добре,якщо використовувати українську мову як основну то переклад не вірний,слова або зовсім неправильно перекладені або не в правильному роді,тобто можна не правильно завчити деякі фрази і потім важко буде перевчити.
Mediocre at best
At first it is kind of fun and pictures look great. After that it quickly becomes boring and too simple, as it fails to adapt to your learning tempo and continues asking the same easy questions even after you’ve already answered them correctly multiple times. The grammar info also looks good at first but you quickly understand that it’s automatically generated and in most cases doesn’t answer your questions and can be skipped. All in all it felt like a waste of time for me so I wouldn’t recommend it even as a free app.
Nice but expensive
The app was claimed to be free for Ukrainian as «from» language. Unfortunately, this not the case
