My experience was very good. The rental company experience was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, I highly recommend using this rental location. Thanks for the fantastic customer service. Até breve.
Booked a car for the Easter Weekend and there was no car once we arrived at the pick up point and no replacement. They then simply cancelled our booking leaving us stranded and now having to try to arrange our own way from Exeter to Cornwall. Another couple had the same issue at the same time as us at the pick-up point with the app. According to the car dealership the same thing happened the week before and they had told Free2Move they no longer had any cars available, yet Free2Move still listed cars for rental and did not update their bookings.
I would advise you wholeheartedly NOT to lease a car with Free2Move. We booked a car 2 weeks before our trip to Devon, paid, provided docs etc only to receive a voicemail and email at 12:15 on the day of hire cancelling our booking. Neither the voicemail nor the email provided any contact details and there is no U.K. customer service number to be found. This meant a stressful two hours trying to find an alternative hire provider on short notice whilst on the train. Thankfully we were able to book a car with a mainstream provider for the following day. I do not intend to use Free2Move again.
I booked a car for the following week and paid in full today. Free 2 would not accept my document photos online as indicated due to web error . I rang the garage Free2 quoted in our agreement as ready to supply my car to ask if I could produce the documents when I collected the arranged car. The garage said they had no cars available on the days quoted in my contract with Free2. I cancelled my booked and phoned Free2. The answering machine said the line was only open in office hours. This was at 2.30! I managed to contact Free2 through another department . A lady in a Free2 Tunisian call centre answered and said that I would be charged £ 72 for cancelling as per terms of the agreement. (nb the terms were that Free2 would have a car available next week which they havent). The lady said she would call the garage. She tried but gave up. She then said she would call me back after trying later. There has been no callback. I feel very let down by Free2.

La única empresa de carsharing que cobra una abusiva “tasa de desbloqueo” 👎🏻 La app es la peor de todas con diferencia: lentísima para reservar un coche, lentísima para abrir el vehículo y lentísima para finalizar el alquiler. Esto último mientras el tiempo corre, claro. Pero lo peor no es eso, es que a veces te deja tirado, la app no te muestra el viaje en curso, por lo que no puedes finalizarlo y toca llamar a atención al cliente, que tiene un largo tiempo de espera. Si vas con prisa o con el tiempo justo olvídate de este servicio. Es mucho mejor la app de ShareNow (antes car2go), qué pena que Free2move la haya absorbido y que al final se queden con esta app. Ya pueden mejorar si no quieren perder clientes.
Buen coche limpio y todo perfecto para conducir por Madrid
Me han hecho perder 50 euros sin coger ningún coche, debido a que no te piden ningún tipo de identificación para poder verificar el que tú puedas acceder a ello y tampoco se solucionan nada, la chica de atención al cliente, impertinente además de no solucionar nada, ser 0 razonable y no entender el idioma.
La aplicación se queda congelada a cualquier acción. Pulso el boton de menú y no responde, no hace scroll el menú. En general se siente lenta para tomar un auto, he dejado de usarla. Tampoco puedes manejar tus preferencias de usuario desde el app. Notificaciones, etc.
