Very disappointed customer service your order in advance and when you get to the store still need to wait at least 30 minutes for you coffee happen to me more than once so today was my last try at this place.Today I wasn’t available to get my coffee after 25 min wait I decided to leave without my order.

I visit one of your mid-town NYC stores at least once a week and I scan every-single-time. Yet nothing has registered in the app since 11/2. What’s the point of having this system when it is so unreliable? Back in September it wasn’t even possible to scan-in in the Bryant Park location. My email to customer service was ignored. It would be better if you did not have this “rewards” system as your inability to do it well ruins an otherwise good customer experience with your food and service.

I have done everything the support person asked me to do and I simply could not redeem reward or order using the app. “Communication Error No Connection to Register” This is in Manhattan, NYC. Same error if I select any one of the three locations in NYC. this app is simply useless.

I’m trying to order ahead at the nyc Bryant park location and it’s 11:40am and the soonest it will allow me to order is for 12pm. There should be an as soon as possible button. Also no Apple Pay?? Terrible. Look at Starbucks mobile order app and rewards program, learn from it and change your app!

The swipe to pay bar overlaps with the add a card option on the screen, so it won’t let me check out on the app.

Tried to open it and it said “for your protection this app only works on password-protected phones”. Are you kidding me?? If someone steals my phone the last thing I’m worried about is someone using it to order coffee at Ole & Steen. It’s so stupid for such a basic app to require that level of security. I’m not going to make a password just so I can use this app.

Have made two purchases while using the app (scanned the QR code for an in-store purchase), and neither of the purchases were documented in the app’s Purchase Order History. No points were attributed to my account for either purchase.

The app looks pretty but it dose not work. The order tab doesn’t work. I can only select country and the search function doesn’t work. It doesn’t show me nearby store even with gps enabled. In the profile, itd be nice if user can search and set preferred location?

Really wanted to like this app as much as I like the bakery and their products but can’t even use it to pay in store. It’s stuck at activating the credit card. It needs to validate by entering the CCV but always comes back as a page not found error. Hopefully it can be fixed soon but the issues has been happening for months.
