If you order from Europe, do not order from olive young because you will definitely pay a lot of taxes and they don’t do any for that. I also saw some reviews about tax but I didn’t believe their reviews. I thought the biggest brand will not do like this. After my first order, I realized how exhausting to receive an order. If I deny to receive, they will not give you any refund. Go get from Stylevana for Korea skincare and you don’t need to pay for tax and the delivery service is good as usual. At that time, I underestimated that stylevana brand. I got some promotion from olive young but the tax is much than promotion price

I love having access ro the store but the app is way too slow at times, which makes the experience a bit annoying. An update would be great

I’m on the app but it keeps saying use the app to get this coupon and I can’t get it even though I’m using the app!

It doesn’t even let me past the opening screen it just keeps giving a notification error code message no matter what i click or how many times I reinstall

25$ shipping is the most insane part about this app man. Like idc about anything else just the fact that if I don’t feel like spending over 60 bucks I have to pay for the overpriced shipping.

Despite the many harsh reviews on this app, I had a fairly easy time using it and I’ve purchased from it 4 times already and shipment was always on time and the products look legit too. It’s definitely not user friendly , but I got the hang of using it pretty quickly. The only reason I have it 4 star was because of the coupons. I knew which items were discounted with the coupons , but I’ve never liked the concept of having a “50% off coupon” yet it comes with a “$15 USD off limit” only, if you know what I mean. When I see a coupon with a discount I expect it to give me the actual discount cost for it, so the coupons are a bit misleading and this app isn’t the only one that has coupons like that which kinda grinds my gears. Other than that, this is a legit app. The products are amazing and my main tip would be to only purchase on here when there’s a sale going on otherwise the products are a bit on the pricier side.

I see that many have issues with the app, but I don’t know if they have updated how it works but at least for me it worked very well 😊.

Their app has errors all the time. Their website has no place to put in payment details. What the?? The biggest South Korean Cosmetic company has the crappiest global app& website ever. What a Shame! After 2 days of trying to order from them, I GIVE UP!

I rarely write reviews for apps but the issues with this one prompted me to do so. The app crashes frequently, it logs me out so often that I am discouraged to use it because of the hassle of having to log in every single time I open the app. I always use the option to save my id and to keep me logged in and yet it seems that these options are merely for show and they have never worked.
