App is super but the driver took me long route

I took today taxi to airport from hail to airport but driver took long route to its show my fare 0.990 after I reached its show 4.490

I thought its a taxi app. When i opened it shows food delivery option!!! Waste of time. Its totally confusing.

Unprofessional, rude & humiliating driver asking for Cash payment

I always take an Otaxi and pay with a credit card on the Otaxi App because it is the most convenient and hassle-free option. When the last driver demanded cash payment, he was rude and humiliating, claiming that the company (Otaxi) does not pay him on time if payment is made by card. He asked why I used a credit card to pay for this reservation, and he told me it was a bad decision because it would be difficult for him to receive money from the company. I had a bad experience with the previous driver, who was very unprofessional, and I recommend that company takes strict action and train its drivers to be more professional and polite with the customers. That is completely unacceptable.

Nice app but support services response is very much delayed

Convenient app compared to others at muscat , but if u go for any support services through mail there won’t be any response.
