I downloaded this game and even bought something then the next day all the servers were down and when the servers were back up all of my stuff was gone and deleted with the account

The game automatically bound to my apple device bury now I can’t access it from another device - and I can’t rebound it to my gmail or Facebook? It keeps saying it’s “already bound” but I can’t even umbind it….
