This Hayward OmniLogic mobile application allows you to conveniently manage your Hayward OmniLogic Pool Controller from your iPhone or iPad. To use the app, you must create a user account at www.haywardomnilogic.com and the OmniLogic Pool Controller must be connected to your home router either wirelessly or using Ethernet cable. The OmniLogic communicates with your iPhone or iPad to allow you to control all of your pool, spa and backyard managed functions while home or on the road. Anything you can do from your pool controller, you can now do from your phone or tablet. Adjust settings, set heater temperatures, turn lights on and off, activate water features, manage pH and sanitization, set schedules, receive alerts and much more! Conserve energy and reduce operating costs by having complete control of your backyard while home or away.

Pump Power watt readings are incorrect
One of the key reasons you install a Hayward Omni system is to manage power consumption using VSP(variable speed pumps). It is a pity that they cannot correctly calculate the pumps power consumption in Watts. I am in Australia which uses 240v power not 110v power as in the USA. The calculation in the Hayward Omni software bases its calculation on 110v and does not reflect the actual voltage being used. Hence the power display in watts in the pump Diagnostics window is wildly wrong. In my case a VSP pump which is 1780kW running at full speed shows around 550W when it should be around 1700W. It should be a simple fix but has been this way for a long time. Why?
Great when it works
Great app when it works but regularly crashes and doesn’t allow me to log back in. Fixes itself in a day or 2 but I have no remote control of the pool for this time. Please can you fix this.

Love that I can totally monitor and control my pool with this system. Highly recommended for anyone thinking of getting an automated pool. I even gave my pool lights and heating system configured through it, brilliant

App interface
Great app, but the UI needs a major overhaul to bring a fresh updated more graphical appearance. Looks like it's still in the past decade. I noticed the app Icon got updated and was excited, but the interface was unchanged still dull and not graphically interesting. Something to consider
Thunder
Had the Omnilogic app and it is really convenient however the other day we had a storm and the app kept working but the system was not the app never new there was an issue. Disappointed in that
Hayward has the worst support
The app doesn’t sync to what the system is doing. Example, turn pump to 90%, app stays at 70%. Turn heater on, app shows off.
