Control4 for OS 3

Even at the most basic level just for music, this app has been dismal. We paid $6000AU, a waste of money.

Only a new user but the hassles with logging in and connection issues are driving me nuts. Electrician connected us to this system and would avoid if I had option.

This app is only partly user friendly and very temperamental. It will decide not to work for no reason. It Will switch off zones and keep others running, even when wifi connection is at full capacity. It will decide not to load and begin operations or commands for no reason at all. And most frustrating of all, when a text or call comes through while your using the app, the app will simply shut all zones off and stop all operations. When it IS working, it works like it should be. Don’t expect great things from this app, expect 2/5 and you won’t be disappointed…… I gave it a 3 only because I feel sorry for the app developer

This app makes you feel like it’s 2012 again Slow and unresponsive! Always waiting for it to connect every the you open it. Don’t waste your time and find another *smart* home system like I have!

It’s slow. My intercom just rang I couldn’t even get the video up. Regret buying it

Split screen on sessions is now totally unusable due to the layout scaling issues. Please revert to previous version where it was working well.

I can’t get the app to load at all now. Last week I reinstalled and it worked again. This week no luck. Even when it works it is frustratingly slow to load.

After the last update, it stopped working.

Great app but the recent intercom integration is not done well…. Always unable to connect

Had C4 for 6 months now and the connection when opening the app when on wifi is way to slow, it takes 5 times longer when on 5G. Also, why does it have to reconnect all the time when your phone goes locks. It shouldn’t, and it is really annoying. You really need to focus on this.
