On Demand Calgary Transit

It keeps telling me wrong phone number, even though I can receive the text code and input correctly. When I entered my personal information, and clicked next, it always popped up error message, asked me to input valid phone number!!!

It’s so comfortable and saves a lot of stress. I love it!

The old version was way better, but at least we still have something

I had used the other app for months and didn’t have issues. The new service is really bad. Can’t book ahead of time and then when you try to book, no vehicles will be available. There was never a time you couldn’t book on the old app. I don’t know how I’m expected to get around if the ondemand app keeps saying “we’re experiencing very high demand” every time I try to book. Was the accurate need of the area not communicated to the service provided before they took on the job or are they just incompetent?

App keeps freezing after 15 seconds

Freezes after 10sec of use

Can’t open the app for more than 30 seconds before it freezes

This app freezes every time you try to enter info into it (freezes in initial setup of account and when adding a home address). I won’t use this app until the bugs are fixed!

This app does not even work, how am I supposed to get a ride if it keeps freezing up? This needs to be fixed asap, bring back the old system.
