⚠️ The ONE! app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
I often get a black screen with an infinite loading icon. The only work around is to un install and reinstall the app. The thermostat configuration can’t be changed from the app, it gets stuck in an infinite loading icon too. I have also gotten multiple false unit alarms. What is supposed to be a quality of life improvement has become to me another source of concerns and frustration.
Bugs
After updated the app, I can not control any thing inside room. I think there is some issues while updating the apps.
Door bell issue
My door bell is not ringing and opening the door from the phone app.
The app doesn’t work when you need it.

App is ok
There is an option for the blinds but that doesn’t work. There is an option for lights but only controls one light.
Disappointed
I’ve been forced to used this app going on 2.5 years with our condo unit. App crashes , doesn’t load , logs you out 75% of the time. They did a update 3 weeks ago and now it just loads, never opens up.
I want to ask the developer if they have actually tried there app, It’s beyond ridiculous
