The app is now slow and hard to connect with Bluetooth. The reading always added 30 mins and left for 3 months without fixing. Poor maintenance. Do you have test before release, reading with correct time stamp is so basic.

Data lost
I am using one drop app around a year, but the app request me to create account for logging in. After I had logged in, all the data I recorded in the app are lose.
May I get back my data?
Fancy but unreliable
I bought that test meter about four years ago. I barely used it. All of a sudden the device is working, but I cannot see anything on the screen so it is useless. I spend $100 on this and now the price of it is 50 on Amazon. Honesty I do not feel great about it.
Only two days in - app has some good, some bad
Are the developers still supporting and updating this app? The App Store listing still says copyright 2021. I downloaded this because I am pre-diabetic. My doctor prescribed a CGM and I’ve been looking for an app that lets me track food and glucose in one place. I’m working hard to learn how I should eat to avoid diabetes. The good - the amount of data I can track, the easy interface, the reports, the sync with my Apple Health data (which imports my CGM readings). The bad - the activity is wacko. I did about an hour of yard work today, but was otherwise just doing normal house stuff. Nothing I’d consider active movement. One Drop is reporting 4 hours. I can’t find any way to adjust the activity settings or turn it off. Logging food is mostly easy, but I can’t see my food log easily, and I can’t edit the name of my meals. So for example, dinner tonight was chicken and salad. My “meal” now shows up as the last food item I entered, which was a condiment. Dumb.
Several of the news articles on the main page lead to blank pages. One tutorial mentioned connecting with a coach - led to a blank page. This plus the lack of app updates lead me to believe this app is not longer actively developed or supported.
food
why is the food logging still not working after so long? you cannot adjust the size of any food item to log and get the carb count! this was the best feature of one drop from the beginning and why i have kept with it for so many years despite all the unnecessary extras that make the app heavy. i keep updating then having to go back to an old version because it is the last version that didn't have the food logging glitch. your app used to be fantastic when it was focused for type 1s, and since you changed it to focus for type 2s (and maybe because they are all on weight loss meds to not be caring to log foods), it has become a non-issue for you guys to really maintain the best feature you had for the rest of us who are actually LIVING with diabetes.
I love it!!
The only two things I would change is the app being more reliable and less crashing as well as the food database be more expansive and descriptive of the foods I select. Other than that I can’t wait to see the CGM from One Drop.
Can’t update
I have been using this app since 2020. When I try to update to current readings it won’t let me, it keeps going back to 2020.
I really liked this app but since I can’t update my information I will unfortunately have to find another app.
