Not syncing with Apple Health

I can't get the app to sync my glucose readings from the Apple Health App. My meter is Bluetooth enabled and automatically syncs with the Apple Health app. I want to check the readings on my watch hence the need for the data to sync

Annoying

The app is actually great. However I live in Africa and cannot make use of the offers. From the beginning it has grown to be very very irritating in terms of mails that mean little to me and pop ups on the app. Let the app talk for itself and stop with the sales pitch. This will make me switch to something that may not be as good but will be peaceful. Don’t mess up a good product with your ongoing sales pitch. Not interest!!

Overall Great app

I’d give this 5 stars if not for the constant issues I have with medications and schedules duplicating and never deleting. Contacted their support multiple times over the last 6-8 months. Just get told they investigating. Terrible response after so long. Eventually a few days ago I had enough and created a brand new account. Still one of the better apps out there. Been using it for 2 years.

Love it!! But...

I really wish the glucose meter was available in South Africa. I think that’d make life that much easier for those of us with the condition, as well as for our Practitioners. Brilliant App. Beautiful and well put together
