I’ve been a loyal member of this app for about 7 years. I used to suggest this app to anyone needing a plan. I like the ease of being able to navigate the workouts and demos she provides. However, I started getting bored with the same workouts ALL of the time. She has a certain set of workouts/exercises in rotation that she mix and matches to create a workout plan. And you’ll find from week to week your doing the same workout from last week or the week prior. Not enough variety! She could have kept me had she added to her content by at least adding a new workout a month or something in programs like Muscle Mission (for example). This would benefit her and members as library would gradually increase for her to choose from when creating weekly plans. So if you’re new, you may like it at first but after about 6 months (if not sooner) you will get tired of the repetitive workouts… which means boring… which means plateau in gains. I promise, do your research it’s better app options out there that’s just as easy to navigate app-wise and a huge variety of workout options. I found one recently and almost felt like I had been getting hustled by this app the past 7 years because their prices are even better than hers. My two cents from a 5-6 day a week gym rat who used her app for years because I was too complacent to research other apps.
First off I wanna say thank you! I’ve used many female workout apps and only to find myself not interested. I have tried this app before when I first started working out and I guess I didn’t know what I was looking for so I didn’t stay long. Finally I have found my way back and am loving the workouts.
I really wanted to like this app. I purchased the Lite Version and with that I am not sure why certain goals or challenges are locked. I don’t know how to get them to open. I can only open and access Iulias Plan. Although her workouts are good, I don’t see where you can go into the workouts you just completed to see your past progress. I wish there was a plan you could choose that will give you the workout, sets, reps for each workout day including rest days, such as Monday push, Tuesday legs, Wednesday pull…Rest etc. This app is not user friendly and very annoying to try to maneuver.
Love this app! The workouts are great and it helps keep me on track with my weights.
I’ve been a user of this app for a couple of years now and it used to be my favorite, esp for someone new to the gym. The interface was clean and easy to use She has video and written instructions for the workout and ability to track progress. But these past couple of months, I’ve noticed the app is very buggy. My biggest issue is the app no longer saves your progress. So I can’t tell how much weight I lifted for an exercise the week prior. This obviously hinders progressive overload. Other smaller issues are app freezes when you attempt to share that you completed a workout, “history” of workout button doesn’t work, sometimes the app freezes when trying to load the next workout. I reached out to the developers and although they tried to help ultimately the issue was never fixed. I’m likely going to have to cancel my membership and find an app that can actually save a user’s progress.
Her workouts are the best. During/after the workout I feel like I am working out like I can really feel it. The results once you keep up the routine you can tell your body is changing for the better
Absolutely love this app and her workouts, however I cannot stand the way to input weight and reps. We should be able to simply type the number in instead of scrolling until we die.
Simple, simple and simple. I don’t need bells, whistles and glitter. I just want raw workout!! Thank you for delivering!!
I like the work outs but all the workouts are about and hour to an hour and a half long. It’s not super practical. Unless you are dedicated to working out for that long. Lately the app takes longer to load or crashes all together. It’s pretty buggy.
