Ive spent more that 10000 diamonds to recruit the limited characters and im dissapointed that after even more that 10000 diamonds spent i've never gotten the SSR limited recruits.Please fix this

Music bug
I noticed when playing the music always reset after a few second, so its kinda annoying if i turn off the music it’s becoming more and more boring. Also wouldn’t it be great if we received a new music updated
Gacha System/Pulls
The pull rate is really terrible. Imagine spending 220 gems for just 1 ticket = 1 pull. To maybe get an SR/SSR you need 10x that and it’s not even guaranteed. If you do get an SR.. there’s an 89% chance it’s the one you already have. Let’s not even talk about SSR. You need to pull so many times and spend atleast 5000+ gems just to pull one. What makes it even more unfair is that the rate is not balanced because some players spent thousands just to get a good character while some pull it on first try. Please work on this 🙏🏻

One day I was trying to access back my account but suddenly it logged to my other account and I couldn’t find back my old account my account user is FatePancakes and is in the server S179 I am level 51 and now the account is gone
Why are you lying
For the universal awakening I did it within 30 days and like 13 hrs remaining why I don’t have sonic, I have the avatar skin but not the character, it’s kinda confusing but anyhow I want speed o’ sound sonic. And when I get speed o sound sonic I want unruly youngster as well. I also spent a lot of time to get it, I really want it so I hope you see this message. Also I hope you say it’s an error or I’ll get very triggered.
