Terrible game and support team
Been spending a lot of money into this game for the 3rd year.
Support team never solve the server issue and it’s getting from bad to worst and now can’t even log in and play.
Line customer service keep asking me to repair my game which is clearly not our side of problem but it is the server issue that crash the game.
Sent them multiple videos from different accounts yet nothing has been done.
Need a good explanation on the terrible bad bad user experience.
Refund all my money that I had spent into this game.
Know how to make money out from us players but never maintain nor upgrade a good server. Suepr lousy.

Hi.This game needs to be more free to play friendly as you have to take more time then others making it more difficult for me to play. once I was so bored that I deleted the game
Poor draw pull and pay to win
Players are just paying to win and getting broken characters that can’t be compared to f2p players without the chance to draw for the characters as well. Even if they do cash the chances to pull such characters are atrocious and players have to pay absurd amount of money to obtain them. Despicable.

Latest update breaks game…
After the maintenance on 22nd Nov, servers 300+ are unable to login to the game. I’m on server 338 and for the last 2 days it will not let me login to the server. I have reinstalled, repaired & even changed password but nothing has worked. Other servers are working fine but no updates on when this situation is fixed. Even if it is something difficult that takes time, I think the players deserve at least some recognition of the problem
