I have used this App for years and across different versions of it. The writers do need to improve their response times to issues raised. But I think the app is great. I have had syncing problems when upgrading my hardware but day to day the app is really good and I have had very few issues. I have recommended it to friends and family who like it also. So, Lunabee, improve your customer response and get 5 stars.
Original app good but…..
Bought this and was faced with having to buy an upgrade to add categories. Upgrade failed to work (after paying £3.49) and customer services are not responding to emails. Very poor service. Update - 2 weeks later - still cannot use, and no contact from support. Complete waste of money.

So easy to set up and to use. Well worth the small cost.
Three Years of use
Having used this password manager for so long I thought it only be fair to rate it. I first used the free version, but found I was using this so much, I purchased the version I am using now. Never had any issues and it is my go place to record all the important information that gives us access to our online world. It is very easy to use. Works particularly well on my iPhone..would recommend to everyone.
Keeps crashing- URGENT!!
When opening app, it keeps crashing when successfully using face id or entering pattern passcode- help- URGENT!!
Great App, but syncing can be tricky
The App works really well, is easy to use and makes having complex and secure passwords easy to manage. The only issue I had was syncing between my iPad, mac and iPhone, which is a little more complex than it need be, but the support desk helped me out and sorted my problem. It would be 5 stars if syncing between devices was moe straightforward.
Cant open anything
