Unable to start on IOS 16.0.3
Hi team, the app does not start on IOS 16.0.3. Would appreciate a quick fix as this app is critical for my work VPN access. Thank you!

Change of name confuses users
So we have all been using Digipass. Able to search for the app to download and launch it daily from my phone by typing digi. Then it suddenly disappeared. I thought I accidentally deleted it but I can’t find it in the Appstore. I had to hunt for the app in my phone folder by folder. Only to find that there is a name change from Digipass to Mobile Authenticator.... What a waste of time!
“Switch” misbehave in dark mode.
In dark mode , Pressing “Switch” make all the digipass disappear. As if they were deleted . It Disable the app and renders it useless. Even when I recreate the pass . It will disappear again. Waste lots of time . Switching to light mode side step the problem, but will waste more battery .
Key in pass code support?
I wonder could u implement a prompt pass code support when touchID is not able to recognise? I found that it’s troublesome and cannot get the OTP when i have sweaty hand.
Auto shut down
After update to version 2.1.11 the app could not start itself.
no push notifications
after updating to 2.1.1, no more push notifications to confirm 2FA for our company’s vpn.
No easy account switching.
Multiple accounts are a disaster. Required to go to settings. Should be possible on main page to switch account.

Wanneer kan een autorisatiestap of app leuk zijn?
Noodzakelijk kwaad
Helaas verplicht. Kon ik maar inloggen zonder deze app of met een andere Authenticator app. Start langzaam op. Je moet op een knop drukken als je een nieuwe code nodig hebt, dat doet de app niet automatisch.
Vervelend
Het is alleen maar een extra stap. Bovendien moet ik regelmatig iets later nog een keer een code invoeren. Onbetrouwbaar.
