I have booked at 9:00 Pickup time and didn’t get SMS with driver details til 8:20 and that too I have to call and ask after that I got it and driver came late as he was informed late. Please respect time if you really want to grow.

I have tried this app service twice. But both times the driver was not assigned. When called the customer support says there are no drivers accepting the request. Same time, the Uber came up within 5mins. You cannot reply on this app

App is getting frequently so not able to book the services. Many key stations aren’t available to opt for so had to choose the next station by paying extra charges.

Great & reliable service. This app helps us to home/work fast .. avoid the waiting time compare to other taxis & cabs. Thankful to OneWayCab.

Management do everything to achieve excellence but their staff who come in contact with customers spoil the show with their poor attitude. He was driving at the speed of 120 - 140 km/hr. Sudden breaks. Changing lanes at high speed. These are the kind of indisciplined I experienced during my visit from Mumbai to Pune. Lately he met with an accident, it was the fault of Bharat Gas carrier. But it happened because our driver tried to squeeze his car in the area from where the tanker driver could not see him. Because of the, He dropped us on the way. But after giving him OPT number the charges where not reduced. I suggest to take necessary steps for the reputation of OneWayCab. Affordable ride. The driver was really nice. He was before time and professional. Good thing is they also sent a sms to check whether the ride is going safe or not.
