• Club Mahindra has been synonymous with good times and great vacations and now it has its own dedicated app to bring the travel enthusiasts even closer. The app will be a one-stop destination to provide the Club Mahindra patrons with all the information they would ever need regarding their stay.
• Viewing information about resorts – Whether you’re in the mood for a holiday in the mountains or a coastal cruise, the app gives you detailed information about each of our resorts.
• Requesting a Service to MR or Resort ops – Using the app, you can enjoy the convenience of requesting certain services at the resort. You can also get in touch with the Member Relationship team by calling them via the app itself.
• To start with, one simply has to download and install the Club Mahindra app in their phone from AppStore Account and log in with their member id/email id. It is that simple to get started. The app is absolutely free to download.
• The app facilitates easy navigation so planning a holiday is simple and quick. First, choose the dates of your holiday from the in-app calendar and mark your dates.
• Next, scroll through your preferred destination and choose from the multitude of Club Mahindra resorts to book your stay for the duration. The app will also notify you about the various exciting deals and offers that the various resorts have from time to time so that you may get the best value for your money.
• Club Mahindra understands that each family is different and they have their own special requirements. Any special requirement that you may have can be requested and included from the app itself.
• The Club Mahindra app will enable you to book resorts and rooms instantly and all payments can be made directly via the app. All transactions will be done through a secure server and all your payment information will be strictly confidential.
• EMIs or ASF payments can be done via the app itself.
• The app will also allow the Club Mahindra members to share reviews and this would be done through the ratings option provided with the app
• The Club Mahindra app allows you to Pre- Check in and this way you will be able to avoid the long queues when you are out vacationing with your family. Fill in all the required details through the app up to 48 hours prior to reaching the resort and once there, you can simply collect the keys and head straight to your rooms.

Its so annoying to see ads asking to become a member (though you are a member) when the app is launched and pops ups asking to schedule vacations. Please turn it off. People use this app to access other features too. So please leave that decision to the user. App is so slow while opening new pages and overall a painful experience to find what we want. Please make this simple like marriot bonvoy app or similar.

Total waste of money and time
A lot of benefits were told when they asked us to join. When in need of rooms they don’t provide any, they always tell some reason and avoid us. Their membership is real waste. A lot of money is wasted. They don’t respond even if any problems are reported, even if we call them they refer us to others there are no responsible officials. Complete waste of money and time.

Better not to take their membership, whenever we wants to book the rooms are not available even before 3 months. After all the payments no one bothers to call you. I have placed so many complaints but no one called me to ask the problem
