Onkyo Remote 3 Reviews

Doesn’t work.

It no longer connects when it used to with a fully updated phone.

Poor poor app

Hi Fi enthusiast on

Australia

This app worked fine on my old iPhone 6 and my old iPad, but since updating to iPhone 12 and updating my iPad, the app does not work on either device. I have tried turning off the amp, modem and powered off both the iPhone and the iPad as suggested, but still the app cannot find the device. Can’t even rate the app if it doesn’t work!!!!

This app worked fine until since recently Apple updated IOS and now doesn’t open. Can onkyo please update the app

App doesn’t open

Medic1984 on

Australia

App doesn’t open — crashes each time, even after reinstalling. I guess that’s the end of the review. Question is though, would you trust these guys to make an amp if they can’t even make an iPhone app that opens?

Can’t even load anymore

nie74 on

Australia

Used to work fine, but the app crashes every time it’s being loaded. There could definitely be some more time on development used here. Started to look for another product purely due to app performance

Apps keeps crashing

High BP on

Australia

Since the last iOS update this app just keeps crashing and you can’t use it. When you click the support button here in the App Store it take you to a web page in Japanese. Sorry, but this is not good enough for a company this size. Please fix ASAP!

Good start

Would love to see full access to the settings via the app ie being able to turn on/off bi amp and volume for each channel etc otherwise a very useful app to have
