So only Filipinos can use this app?!?!? This is stupid! Don’t get it unless you are Filipino I guess 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🙄🙄🙄
OnlineJobs.ph seems heavily skewed in favor of employers, as its lack of privacy for job seekers—allowing employers to view all past applications—creates an imbalance. This setup can discourage applicants from exploring multiple opportunities freely, fostering an environment where employers hold undue advantage. A fairer system would prioritize job seeker privacy to ensure mutual respect and equality in the hiring process.
This new update is annoying, when you search a keyword for the job its not giving you the right results.
Been reinstalling and updating the app but it won't allow me to sign in at all. My credentials are correct.
scammers everywhere
No error message or anything I cannot register to the app
If you are a Filipino job seeker, I don’t recommend using OnlineJobs.ph at all. The platform is heavily biased toward employers, who pay for subscriptions, while freelancers get limited protection. There’s no way to review employers, leaving you exposed to unprofessional clients or even scammers. If issues like non-payment arise, the platform offers little support, meaning you’re left to handle disputes on your own. With so many low-quality and exploitative listings, it’s not worth the risk. I encourage job seekers to delete their accounts and explore other platforms that offer better protections and support.
Why is browsing on the desktop different from browsing on the app? The app lacks many functionalities. You can’t access sent job applications, and there are far more job postings on the desktop than on the app. Apply points don’t increase even if you visit the app daily, and there are no guidelines on how to earn them. Applying to jobs through the app is also very different from applying through a mobile browser.
Overall, it needs alot more improvements. Not user friendly. Doest have many options to customize your profile. Has limitations for applying.
