You continue to cheat me out of points/gems I have EARNED! I play the Challenges to earn extra points and suddenly when I try to claim them, it freezes and all my work is lost. I have complained about this before and you refuse to fix it. You are keeping points that I have earned and deserve! The words to describe you are CHEATER and THIEF!
Ad After Ad
I have been playing this for over a year and enjoyed it. About a week ago they started having ads pop up in the middle of a game. I quit when I had two ads pop up before I finished the game. I get it that ads pay for the game but this is ridiculous!!
Sound keeps turning off
For many weeks, the game sounds suddenly stop working, and the only fix is to kill and restart the app, only to have it quickly happen again. Happens on multiple devices, so it’s not a hardware issue.
Chánges ruines game
This game used to be really fun and a great way to relax but changes in the last six months have ruined it.I didn’t mind watching ads to gain additional time but now The ads are nearly constant and often times glitch and the only way to get out is to restart the puzzle. and you never have enough time to finish the puzzle. I’m hoping that they make changes again to make this game better and more fun. If not I’ll have to delete it.

PROBLEMS WITH NEW VERSION
This was one of my favorite games. When I could subscribe I returned only to find unfortunate changes. The new format removed the quality puzzles and added blockades to slow down the game. I assume they want it to take as long to play as the ads. By freezing the board, having bombs go off, putting up bricks instead of puzzles etc, you make it more frustrating and less relaxing. Is there anyway to subscribe to the old version? I do enjoy playing without ads but really miss the original. Thank you.
