Updates have ruined this.
Why did you mess up something perfectly good? Now we have to have damn adverts and the levels are so easy it’s removed thinking and skill and replaced with mundane :(
Good game and good support
Really enjoy playing this game. Had a problem recently with disappearing boosters following an update, got in touch with the developers and received a lovely response and on updating again, all my boosters are back
Very disappointed
I used to love this game but the ads are now prolific…also I had hundreds of tools but logged on one day and they had all disappeared…tried to contact customer service and got no response at all…ignorant people…if I could leave a negative feedback I would
Where are all my lost items? And support?
In the last update I lost thousands of hints and shuffles and 400 or so of the bomb cards and card swaps. I’ve contacted support twice, no response whatsoever. it’s so hard to find the support portal too. I am still losing items overnight as well. what on earth is going on? I’m a long time player, level 1500 plus, but no answers at all and clearly no interest in fixing either. Shame on you Rollic.
All rewards have disappeared
Please can you restore all the rewards that I generated over the years - I am now left with 2 and each time the game restarts it drops back to 2 no matter what I earn! Also where are the cups? I used to get these every month or so but now don’t even get them that frequently!
All my rewards are lost
Is a really good game, but WHY sooooo many adverts , with some lasting more than a minute. I used to play it every day, and had built up loads of rewards/ tools, which disappeared for no reason. Trying to earn more, but each time I open it, they have gone back to 2, so so annoying. Time for a new game I think.
Lost all my hints
As others have said, all my boosters, hints etc have been removed. Not impressed.

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?! The latest update has removed all of the boosts that I’ve built up - seriously BAD on your part!!!
About to delete it.
I have been playing this game for years, putting up with the copious advertisements but enjoy playing the actual game. I am up to level 3000 odd and had hundreds of hints to use, switches, changes etc. hundreds of them. I logged in today and all my hundreds of helps, built up over years have been removed to 4 on each. I am about to delete the game.
