Oomph is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from the purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month, or every few months, depending on the selected monthly option.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscriptions can be managed, and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Read our full Terms and conditions & Privacy Policy:

Awesome app!
Great workout, instructors and features. The only workout app you’ll ever need!
Not a bag boxing app
Was looking for workouts with kickboxing to pair with my bag - this is not it. It’s fine for a workout app, the pace starts off pretty fast, but overall, reminds me of most workout apps.
Enjoying this app and the workouts!
I have really been enjoying this app. I love that the workouts are in portrait mode and easier to see on my phone than most apps. I also love the customizing that can be done. The only suggestion I have is that I just found in one of the workouts a little cap that has a lot of info on the different moves and how to do them, but the workout I chose doesn’t have this and would be super helpful in every workout or in an easier location to find!

So easy to follow! It went by so fast and worked up a great sweat. I would recommend this to everyone!!!
Best workout I’ve had in a while
I typically get bored easily and never finish these online workouts. But this one kept me intrigued and is fairly easy to keep up with. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t kick your butt, because let me tell ya, my butt is kicked! Excellent program!
Great app!
Love using this app, so many programs to choose from and easy to use. Was looking for something that had cardio mixed with kickboxing and this app has it all. Highly recommend!
Boxing workouts!
Love the videos. I get such a great workout in every time.
Great workout
It is my first week using the app and it has been pretty good. I gave it 4 stars because some days I do have connection issues with it during my workout. But overall minus that the app is great with good workouts.
Loving it
Been using this for about a week now and it’s been great! I love using it at the gym or home. Great for a quick morning workout before I hit work.
