Working perfectly
Not what it once was!
Have used this app for 2 years now but lately it has become unreliable. Can’t receive calls, calls drop out. Customer support not always available for support. Just feel like it’s not what it once was and it’s causing stress.
Rang but didn’t connect
Not sure why phone I was calling rang but after 5 seconds call ended

It’s okay
This service allows me to keep in contact with my American friends for low costs. The downside is that the service can be temperamental. Sometimes the call fails, the sound is garbled, there are time delays etc - even with a strong fibre connection. Satisfied enough to persevere, but not happy enough to remain an unwavering supporter! Would move if a better alternative came along!
Ringtone!
Please make the ringtone either a regular iPhone one or make it so that you can change the ringtone in settings!!
Needs updated
It’s been weeks if not months now and the app has an issue showing incorrect notifications. They’ve acknowledged it and haven’t corrected it or provided an update maybe like you know folks the squirrels inside are being difficult to manage but we are working diligently toward resolving this.
It’s great but at times can freeze
It’s a great app and I won’t use anything else it’s just at times it can freeze when calls are coming through but overall I love this app! Please consider allowing a 3-way option on thank you
