We started branch beside Jubilee Bus Station Secunderabad facility for monitoring the link services from Nizamabad, Adilabad, Karimanagar destinations to various long distances inter and intra-state operations with air conditioned lounge providing separate wash room for males and females round the clock.Orange Tours and Travels aim to provide to our customers with a wide range of services unsurpassed by any competitor in this industry.

Worst bus

I am travelling from Bangalore to Hyderabad on bus number KL 63D 2446 Bus in this U19 seat is worst seat touching head in top nd charging port was not working bus was also not on time worst bus worst services

Customer care service too worsted any body can reach when you are facing problem during the journey or ticket booking i lost my money why because customer care number not working at the time .... 😡😡😡😡 Any body knows How to punish this kind of service providers how can u take action like police complaint or consumer court...

Worst experience with Orange travels

worst experience ever.. Writing this review at 3.20 AM on May 1st as OTT 131 is just waiting on the road in L B Nagar, Hyderabad and females/kids inside are awaiting to attend washrooms. The bus driver is not answering us saying that bus will move upon receiving orders from higher authority. This is just insane and inhuman. Even customer care is not responding or providing any update regarding the bus/issue Everyone in the bus is just frustrated and going crazy as no one has any info/update on when they will reach their destinations!!!

WORST EVER TRAVELS BUS/SERVICE

They don’t even deserve 1 star, sadly without it will not be able to write review! Hygiene is a Joke in this bus, 1700/- is their ticket price where ticket is not even worth 500/-! Can’t add pictures here sadly! Atleast give a proper water bottle? When I called customer care they said they will inform driver about the unclean sheets, but none happened and I went and asked there was no answer from them, fraud and cheaters don’t waste your money and time on this guys!

Very Bad experience

Worst service and worst people. Never book orange travels. They don’t provide any services but claim to have everything nothing works in the bus no light, charging points or TV.

No power plugs working

PNR NO 151419495 While booking all amenities are shown but after taking the service there is no option left but to adjust what is the point in choosing premium transport if no amenities are available
