TERRIBLE!!!!

Terrible! On 27 April 2019 OrbitRemit publish the rate of 10,813.2042 for AUD to IDR. OrbitRemit didn’t transfer the money to IDR as they promise once I send the money to OrbitRemit. Orbitremit said there was a problem between OrbitRemit and their third party that causes the rate of AUD to IDR spiking on that day. It’s clearly not our problem as a customer that Orbitremit had a problem with their third party! But when I check on the google the rate was 10,916.70 as of 27 April. Since they cancelled the transaction up to now (30 April 2019) I haven’t received my money back. TERRIBLE!
