It's like having the bank in your pocket. The ASB Mobile Banking app is loaded with smart features. Whether it’s quick access to balances, paying a friend back or temporarily locking your Visa card when you’ve misplaced your wallet, ASB’s Mobile app has it all. Great features include:

SECURITY

• Receive real-time security alerts about activity on your accounts and cards
• Securely access your account with a PIN code or biometric data (i.e., fingerprint or face recognition on supported devices)
• Conveniently complete two-step verification for FastNet Classic or when calling us with just a tap in the app
• Reset your ASB login password
• Manage all devices you have currently registered for the ASB Mobile app

PAYMENTS

• Create, edit, and delete one-off and automatic payments
• Pay to an account, saved person or company, Inland Revenue, mobile number, email, or Trade Me seller
• Manage your payees
• Transfer money directly to your ASB KiwiSaver Scheme or ASB Investment Fund
• Set your default account for payments

CARDS

• Apply for an ASB Visa credit card or Visa Debit card

It’s free to use the ASB Mobile app, but your usual data costs and standard FastNet Classic transaction and service charges will apply.

So not helpful

there are issues when I try to log in. I would give -2 stars if I could . I have even talked to a worker in the branch, which also gave me not so much help at all.

App crashing outside of business hours

The app crashes on launch when the bank is closed. Please fix this. I’d provide more info but I don’t know where to do that. iPhone 12 Pro and iOS 14.7

App works great

My app was crashing but with some help from ASB they helped me solve the problem. Turns out I had some ad blocking software on my network that caused the crash. The app is wonderful

Crash 9out of 10 when open

I’d like to mark 0 star out of 5. I open it and crashed immediately. It’s really a hard job how can developers make sure the app crashed every time. Worst ever.

iPhoneX supported now!!

App looks fine now, and iPhoneX supported!!! Good job!!! Tiny fonts look user unfriendly, functionalities okay, but UX/UI are still old fashion.

Love the app, awesome features, but why has ANZ got Apple Pay & we don't 😡

No recovery option

I cant remember my username or password. They have no option on how to recover either. They should also do a fingerprint option for those with smartphones for easy log-in

Font too small

I would like to give some feedback for the update that came out today to the ASB app for iPhones. Making the font smaller on the app was not a good move. It's almost impossible to read now. The size of the font before today's update was really perfect. Why did it have to be made so small? And can it be changed back so that it can be bigger? Or, can us app users at least have the option of being able to change the font size? Thanks!!
