I rent an opel mokka using Orbitz and at arrival they ask 4000 euro deposit , i don’t recomand using this app

One frustrated experience but further the app is good
Booked by one of our young kids on my iPhone and i was not able to get a refund, lost USD 240 after being pushed around by both Orbitz support and the hotel owner, bad bad Xperience!🤨
New app is a step backwards / UPDATE: it got even worse!
Update 15 September 2017: Orbitz hasn't made a single effort to add business class bookings to the app, despite I already pointed it out over a year ago that this feature should return to their new app. Orbitz claims it listens to suggestions, but it's pretty much giving business travellers the middle finger..... Update 15 June 2016: As below, the app had already taken a massive step backwards, not offering business class flights anymore. Today, Orbitz decided to make the app even a bit worse! There's no more filter. If you have (a) preferred airline(s), well, tough luck! Or like to choose non-stop flights only? Too bad! We let you scroll down all the airlines and all the duration. No more filtering for you!! Who took over the management of your app department? He/she should be fired immediately! ============= Used to be quite a big fan of Orbitz and the app. But the new version is a step backwards as you cannot book business class seats. Poor!!! Also when will you step up your game and offer packages through the app?
