Orient Smart

Can’t add any devices. App Home Screen doesn’t load. This is the second Orient app I’ve downloaded to try to connect to my inverter. Neither Mevris nor this works.

After just short of two years usage the fan started malfunctioning with connectivity issue. It comes ON erratically and then for hours goes dead. The issue has not been addressed by a company engineer so far.

This fan is so user friendly and works amazingly well. All it gives is air but does it’s job the best.

It was working so cool because our orient remote died

No response was either given to me by orient nor from the local service centre, I tried calling them several times and they did not pick up my call or if they picked up they told me the day after tomorrow they would be coming and never came. From last 7 months it’s very harassing, first they were cancelling the complaints and after that when they attended they were not able to solve and then again delay of months, every time they used to tell part are on the way and still has not reached. Months of delay and still my problem persist. If you can not take responsibility for your products then why sell and give warranty on them.

Why should i use wi-fi, asking me to use wi-fi everytime

Overall it's good, but please start support for Siri, we can ask Siri to turn on the fan or whatever device.
