The app repeadingly sends notifications you need to swipe away. The location of bikes works quite well though. My first bike was on no good condution unfortunately, but the others are looking fine.

Only the lowest gear was working

The ride with the bike was great and everything in the bike worked perfectly. However, it is quite a lengthy process to register in the app for the first time. Only credit cards are accepted and not vipps. And there is no explanation of how to lock and unlock the bikes (how to put them back). Maybe this is something that can be worked on :)

Like title -most stations in the centre are full, and sometimes there is a place shown but it is not actually free

Rented 2 bikes. We drove through Oslo to visit the Munch Museum and opera. No possibility to get rid of the bikes near the museum, since all bike stations were fully occupied. Drove through Oslo to find return parking places. Even with live directions from the very friendly headquarter. This system is completely outdated. Don’t waste time. Rent TIER, LIME or similar. PS: the bikes are very, very basic as well.

Would be nice to see on the wrist where the closest drop of point is. Arrow plus meters. What are the advantages to provide always location access?

Really disappointed, the app couldn’t connect to the bike....tried a long time and even other stations doesn’t worked. We decided to walk instead.

Constantly has bugs. Also would be useful to have favourite stations where you can quickly check if there are bikes / spaces at them. A lot of times the maps pans randomly all over the place and it takes ages to actually find the station you want. Also I don’t see why you can’t choose the specific bike you want - at the larger stations it can often give you one that is ages away from wheee you’re standing and difficult to find
