OTP Auth

When making modifications on my iPad, the changes don’t propagate to my iPhone despite every possible checkbox enabled in OTP Auth and in system settings for iCloud. To work around the problem, I need to disable iCloud sync in OTP Auth on my iPad then re-enable it asking for the local copy to overwrite the iCloud copy. Then changes are propagated, which seems to indicate that the problem lies in the changes not being pushed out from the source. It’s hard to diagnose. The app should display a sync status somewhere, which it doesn’t currently.

L’application est OK et le service est rendu. Par contre, parfois, le widget ne met pas à jour les nouveaux codes OTP

I don’t often leave a comment but this app (and its developer) is amazing. Works perfectly, no tracking, folder organization and latest support ! Top notch

L’application regroupe toute les fonctionnalités d’une bonne application OTP : simple, sécurisée, rapide, avec sauvegarde, sans traceur. Il manque juste la traduction française ce qui m’empêche de l’installer sur les téléphones de ma famille qui ne parle pas anglais.

do you still manage this app? it seems that support doesn't exist anymore after sending several emails there are no answers back

Application inutilisable pour moi, elle est en langue allemande et pas possible changer.

Le passage à iOS 15 a eu pour résultat la suppression de l’application de mon iPhone. Ayant un doute sur mon code, habitué à Face ID, j’ai contacté le support le 28 septembre 2021, soit il y a presque 1 mois, pas de réponse à date. Inacceptable pour une application 2FA…
