All data stored by OTP Auth is stored using strong AES-256 encryption. This applies for all data. In particular, for both locally stored data as well as data stored in the iCloud Drive (when iCloud Sync is enabled). The password for those files never leaves your device such that noone but you can read your data.

OTP Auth does not collect information about you or send them anywhere. You won't be asked to allow access to your contacts or your location. And most important: OTP Auth does not connect to the internet and will not send your accounts to someone else! (Unless you enable iCloud sync where an AES-256 encrypted copy of your accounts is stored in your iCloud Drive. The password for that copy will never leave your phone.)

Great free app

I’ve been using this app over the past few years with no problems at all, including restoring from iCloud backups. It has every feature I need, like algorithm support, and the widget brought in a while ago has been fine too. Today I decided to pick up the pro version to show my appreciation to the dev for a great product. Thanks!

I forgot my password

Now I cant access anything.

would be 5 stars all the way if the app didn't update and change how the widget works. you used to be able to copy the otp codes directly from the widget on the lock screen, home screen or notification center. now, tapping on a code opens the app and *then* copies it. this is slower and requires me to leave the app i'm currently in.

It’s secured and has all the features. I would pay for it if it had an option.

Amazing

It’s the best authentication app but the Apple Watch font sizes stopped working since the iOS and watchOS updates. Amazing app otherwise!

Excellent 2FA app

MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: Still using Google Authenticator app on iOS like I was? Need access to 2FA codes regularly, and want a beautifully-designed interface? Time you changed to this excellent app. Syncs between devices. Folders. Works on Apple Watch. Regularly updated. Facial recognition, etc. Recommended by Steve Gibson on the 'Security Now' podcast. What are your waiting for?! Big thumbs up from me! Thanks, developers. ### UPDATE: If, like I was, you're having trouble with syncing between multiple iOS devices (in my case, between an iPhone and an iPad), then this may help you. It turned out to be an issue with ONLY syncing to iCloud Drive (not any of the other syncing systems that Apple allow to their systems in iOS). I was able to confirm, by logging into my iCloud account on icloud.com, that syncing from my iPad to iCloud Drive is working perfectly. It was the connection from my iPhone only that was not working. In the end, carefully, the solution, for me at least, was to toggle the following setting in iOS off and then back on again on the iPhone: Settings app -> top section -> iCloud -> iCloud Drive. When I first tried to toggle this off, it gave a warning that 17 apps had 'uncommitted' changes that had not synced to iCloud Drive. OTP Auth was amongst those. I checked each app individually to minimise the risk of data loss, and then proceeded to toggle this option off and then on again. Problem solved - everything sprung into life, and now OTPAuth (and the others) all seem to be syncing beautifully. I hope that helps someone!

Perfect

I needed a service with complete features (notification center, apple watch) and after literally trying all of them this one is the only one that entirely satisfy my needs! Don't change!
