Non existent customer-service
I had a terrible experience with Otrium. Despite receiving an email confirmation with a tracking link for my order placed on August 8th, the link still doesn't work after almost a week. I tried contacting their customer service through various channels, but received no response.
Additionally, the website promised delivery within 2-4 days, and I even paid an extra fee for courier delivery, which should have ensured a faster arrival. However, it has been significantly longer than the promised timeframe, and I have not received any information or updates about my order. The lack of communication and non-existent customer service is unacceptable.
