Fabulous but not always in size.

Used to be great, not anymore

This used to be a brilliant place to shop. Lots of choice and great deals. Now, there’s barely any choice, delivery is £9.95 and there’s a platform fee! You’re actually charged £2.90 for using their app. So you need to add nearly £13 to every order. Such a shame.

It is a shame!

I love this app for shopping, and did lots of shopping from otrium, but recently I released if you live in the UK, you do not have lots of option to chose even for the brands which is from the UK, they do not update it. But if you change your country from the sitting you can see many new and nice clothes which if you live in the UK you do not have access to buy! It is really a shame!

Shipping & platform fee is almost £10!

They do have a good selection of products but the shipping and platform fee is absurd! Plus the codes never seem to actually work!

Disgraceful

Horrible customer service, emails bouncing back, I’ve been waiting for a refund for over 3 weeks, now they stopped replying. Horrible experience

Life changer

I’ve bought all my Paige jeans from otrium at a fraction of the cost! You get them delivered two days later and when they don’t fit it’s easy to use the return label to get a refund. Really pleased with the service so far!

I can’t shop.

Every time I start shopping I have a sign (that I can’t delete) telling me to get the New App which I can’t get anyway. So I am giving up. You see what I mean? Now they refusing my Nickname which is my genuine Nick Name.

Great Experience

I was really impressed with my first Otrium purchase. I ordered an AllSaints backpack on the 20th December assuming it would not arrive in time for Christmas due to postal strikes and the fact that they use Evri to deliver. However, I opted for parcel shop collection and it was dropped off on the 23rd. It was well packed and the bag was excellent quality at a fraction of the normal price. Excellent all round!
