Pushup 'n' Plank

We use the selfie camera to count the number of push-ups and time in the plank. Just place the phone in front of you on the floor, press "Start" and take the right stand so that your face is in the frame of the selfie-camera. The workout will start automatically. Have a quick workout or create a regular one with advanced options. Exercise in different stands and push-up bars. All scheduled workouts will be displayed as an active circles on the central 24-hour time circle (separately for each activity). Check your achievements using Statistics (including its extended version). Compare your daily progress with the results of your friends and other users in our Leaderboad. All usefull information is always with you right on the main screen! Registration via Game Center account.
Now add your favorite music to playlist of the app place your phone on the floor in front of you and press the Start!

USEFUL TIPS
⁃ Control your breath during push-ups! Go down - inhale, go up - exhale.
⁃ Be objective about your strengths.
⁃ Don't overexert. Give your body a day off.
⁃ Stop exercising immediately at the first sign of pain or other serious discomfort.
⁃ Gradualness is another key to success!
⁃ By the way, you can also end your workout by simply lifting your phone.

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The cancellation of an active subscription is not allowed. However, you can cancel auto-renewal in the Apple ID Subscription Control via the iTunes Store and App Store menus on your phone.
CAMERA AND FACE DATA
Note, for the correct operation of the mobile app, we collect some data about the user's face during workouts, namely: the fact of the presence of the face in the camera frame, information about the size of the face registered by the camera at the current moment of time.
Only if the user's face is present in the camera frame, we allows to start training. Only if the user's face is in the camera frame the time counter is active and app count the time the user spent in the plank. Analyzing the variations of the apparent size of the user's face during push-ups as the user approaches and moves away from the camera, app can determine the upper position of the user's body, and push-up count is incremented.
Emphasize, that we collect the minimum amount of the face data which does not allow us to identify and establish the identity of the user. This information is solely collected and stored during the workout activity by utilizing the standard iOS/Apple functions and is not shared with third parties. All calculations are performed directly on the device. All face data is deleted right after the end of the workout.
