App stopped working reliably
I can log in through the web site fine but the app has generally said “login currently not available right now try again later”. Please fix

Not working
This app won’t work and is showing me my savings from 2017. All started as soon as I updated the app. Very glitchy and poor accessibility. Please hire someone to fix the app all together.
No longer working
For awhile the app is no longer allowing me to sign in and causes me to miss a few bill payments. No longer happy with this banking company
Needs improvement
Texts have stopped working and Face ID does not work, although I think these are separate issues. Very happy with my service otherwise they just need to fix the app
Fingerprint login broken
'Nuff said. The fingerprint login feature is not working in the latest update saying "you have yo use your password until you verify" or some crap.
eDeposit not supported for iPhone 6s; Log In Error
Ever since I updated the app, eDeposit has not been working for me. Also, I’ve tried to reset my password and it keeps timing out. Please update this app.

Love site but every time I click the inbox on messages I kept getting logged out
Crashing
Just updated and now I can't sign in because it keeps crashing.

The iOS app and the web application are both in bad shape. Create usernames for everyone and don't give them functional username and password reset options. How can I trust the security of our data when your web applications are so messed up. I wish I could post screenshots of the website when trying any of the "forgot" functions
