Ouno App

OUNO by far has provided a better premium service than any other competitors - drivers are always polite, patient with any delays and the cars are great. A little pricey sometimes but otherwise can’t fault it.

Made several bookings and they kept cancelling found out later on that they blocked me from using the app. I called and asked why they hung up several times.

I recently made an account on ouno after finding out about ouno on instagram. Made my first booking and they keep cancelling. I try again a different day to find out they have cancelled again with no reason. Sooner or later i find out i have got logged out of the app and been told to contact customer service. i contacted them explaining what happened and they hang up the phone. Terrible app!! would not recommend

I'm giving the OUNO App a one-star rating due to its misleading pricing and poor customer service. The app promised a flat rate for a taxi service, but I ended up being charged an exorbitant waiting fee that was never mentioned during booking or when I called to clarify service. Efforts to resolve this with their customer service were futile, as they were unresponsive and unhelpful when finally reached. This experience was both frustrating and costly, and the lack of transparency within the app is unacceptable. I advise others to be wary of using this service, I will not use Ouno again and have disputed the charges as they breached the Consumer Rights Act 2015 with a lack of transparency, misleading information and unfair terms.

The fab app that can get you anywhere quickly. There’s a number of big names cough Uber who aren’t as great as these guys! Absolutely glad to have the app and they’re amazing last minute too!

This is the best car service I’ve used. Always on time or early for pick up. Drivers are attentive and always polite. Why would you use anything else!

It’s like Uber, but it’s better in every way! Better cars better drivers better service. Love it.

Unlike other taxi apps, I felt welcomed, safe and at ease throughout my entire journey. The level of service is amazing! I couldn’t recommend higher.
