My order was cancelled by ourshopee after 13 days of long waiting , still i don't understand if item not in stock why there are publishing it on website and taking the payment from customers . is this way run a business? please away from this app to save your time and money , now am struggling get back my refund . Refund will go to tabby wallet then you have to make another request to transfer to your bank The worst part is customer service , no one will you tell you the exact update about your order . You never get them on line ..

My order
The first time I order I get the order very good no payment but the second time I order their payment was 6 kd no mention there you will pay the money now I complain no response until now I do not get my order I waste my money.
No response no delivery
I have ordered items and it just shows processing the biggest mistake I made. I just read the reviews and think this is some sort of scam as if we cancel the order we don’t get the money. Very bad experience. Surely won’t recommend it to anyone and would be putting a review in all social media
Worst shopping site!
I ordered a printer, and according to the website, the delivery is within three working days, and so far after 5 days, the shipment has not been processed and there is no response from the customer service number I advise you not to buy from this site
All items is not working im very disappointed
I have to return the items
