Be careful this is a not active app
Be careful this is app is not active. No one answers. No channels of communication at all. And no way to cancel an order to get your money back because it’s not active * this is from a one month of using an ordering from the app and try to connect with with them
Fake app
4 monthes and the things i want was showen in stock no one has contacted me and they took payment of my purchase and i didnt recive my order yet!
I don’t even think this is a legit shopping page/aap!
Worst customer service. You cannot track or cancel your order.
SCAM website don’t use
Ordered something on 25.May.2024 using online payment. item never arrived, tried calling hotline, messaging WhatsApp/Instagram and no responses. Tried sending emails to support and no replies also. There’s no option to submit a complaint or request a refund using the website or mobile app. Update: 4.June.2024 I have sent a request for the authorities in the UAE and waiting for their action.
They will steal your money
The worst company at uae , very bad customer service , stupid replies , they dont care - my order now 42 days and i did not receive and no one is responding at all , pls dont use this company for any online purchase , they are big zero at all

Scammers
The worst experience I have ever had. Ordered a phone few days ago but it show processed until now nothing more than that. No one is responding on WhatsApp and the landline number is dead. I want my money back!!!

i order last dec 16 until now they not deliver it!😡 and not even announce that they have a delay on delivering orders because of holiday!! very disappointed and i regret it to recommend to all my friends😡!!
At this point it might as well be a scam
Non of customer support channels work. Phone lines disconnected WhatsApp number no answer In app support no answer. I ordered weeks ago but to my dissapoitment the order is still in processing. My suggestion stay away feom this 1
